Quick version

By using stagelinegear.com you agree to these terms. They're standard e-commerce terms — we sell gear, you buy it, both sides treat each other fairly.

1. Acceptance

By accessing stagelinegear.com, placing an order, or signing up for emails, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental permission) to place an order. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, and stock accurate. Mistakes happen — we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel affected orders, and refund anyone charged at the wrong price. We'll always email you first.

4. Orders

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we ship the order. Up until that point, we can cancel for any reason (fraud check, out of stock, pricing error, etc.).

5. Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You authorize us to charge the full order amount at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including the StageLine Gear and R3z15toR logos, product photos, copy, and the Champion Cup branding — belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, or rebrand it without written permission.

7. User content

If you post reviews, comments, or photos to the site or social channels tagged with our brand, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content for marketing. You keep the rights to your content — we just get to share it.

8. Champion Cup

Tournament participation has its own rules and entry requirements, published on the Champion Cup page. By entering, you agree to those rules.

9. Disclaimers

The store and content are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that everything is error-free. Use the products as the manufacturer intended.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, StageLine Gear isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site or products. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold StageLine Gear harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located there.

13. Changes

We can update these terms anytime. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
