US orders ship in 1-2 business days. 3-7 day delivery. Free over $75. We don't ship internationally yet.
Where we ship
Right now: continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We're not shipping internationally yet — that's coming once we've got the US flow dialed in.
Processing time
Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET, weekends, or holidays start processing the next business day. We'll email you a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders over $75
- Standard flat rate: $6.95
- Expedited: calculated at checkout
Order tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. The link works for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
If something goes wrong
Lost package, stuck tracking, damaged box on arrival — email john.h@stagelinegear.com with your order number. We'll figure it out.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that the order is usually too far along to change.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
USPS-friendly items ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses. Larger items (wheel stands, monitor mounts) need a street address.
