Refund & Returns Policy
Quick version
30 days, unopened or in original condition, you pay return shipping unless we got the order wrong.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return. To qualify, the item needs to be:
- Unused, in the original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Have all included accessories, manuals, and parts
How to start a return
Email john.h@stagelinegear.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason (optional but helpful)
We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first — returns sent without authorization may not be refunded.
Return shipping
- If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged: we cover the return shipping.
- If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing, or it didn't fit your rig: you pay return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (your bank may take longer to post it).
The original shipping cost is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives broken or defective, take photos and email us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your call.
Items we can't accept back
- Opened software or downloadable products
- Custom or print-on-demand items (like R3Z desk mats) unless defective
- Items showing wear or installation marks
- Items missing parts not due to our error
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original and place a new order. Email us first and we'll coordinate the timing.
Late or missing refund
If 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen the refund, check with your bank, then email us. We'll track it down.
