Quick version

StageLine Gear collects only the information needed to take your order, ship it, and stay in touch about gear. We don't sell your data, and we use industry-standard tools (Shopify, our payment processor, our shipping partners) to keep it safe.

1. What we collect

When you place an order, sign up for emails, or contact support, we collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Payment information (handled by Shopify Payments — we never see the full card number)
  • Order history
  • Browser and device information (cookies, IP address)

2. How we use it

  • To process and ship your orders
  • To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service replies
  • To send marketing emails — only if you opt in
  • To improve the store and prevent fraud
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the partners who help us run the business:

  • Shopify — our store platform
  • Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Shipping partners — USPS, UPS, FedEx, and any fulfillment supplier we work with
  • Email service — for transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (anonymized)

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart, run analytics, and (if you've opted in) personalize ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we have about you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we don't sell it, but the option's there)

6. Children

The store isn't directed at people under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from kids. If you're a parent and think your child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page whenever the policy changes. Material changes will be flagged in an email if you're on our list.
